If you have purchased a Preferred or Supreme oil change and provided your email
address to the Meineke center on the date of your service, you will automatically
be enrolled into the Roadside Assistance Program. An email will be sent to you that
your coverage has been activated.
If you purchased a Preferred or Supreme oil change and did not provide the Meineke
center with your email address, simply call the center and ask them to add your email
address to their system.
Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your email notification. Please make sure to
check your SPAM account, as some SPAM filters can prevent the notifications from being
sent to your inbox.
If it has been more than 2 weeks and you haven't received your email notification or if
you have any questions, please call 800-275-5200 ext. 8178.
- If you are in need of Roadside Assistance and are eligible* for this service, please
call the 24-Hour Emergency Roadside Assistance number which is 877-963-2460. You may be
asked to provide your basic vehicle and contact information, Meineke location of where you
had your Meineke oil change service done and the type of oil change purchased.

or Supreme Oil Change and your email
address. Benefits effective for 4 months starting from the
date of service.
