The product/state availability listing shows a generic overview of the states where products are available. Products that are displaying as available for use in a state (or Licensing Required) have no bearing on whether or not the forms/applications you are utilizing are compliant for use in a particular state.

Example: In the state of Oregon, GAP displays as available product for use in the state. However, if your dealer were to sell GAP using form # AM313 01/13 in the state of Oregon, business would be returned to the dealer as the GAP application with AM313 01/13 form # does not meet the requirements of the state of Oregon.

Please Note: In the event business is submitted to us for processing, and the business was sold using a form that is not compliant for use, that business will be returned to the agent/dealer unprocessed.
